We are located in 1004 DLF Tower - B at the DDA District Centre in Jasola. Nipman Fastener Industries Pvt Ltd operates from the tenth floor of this big glass building. Plot No. 11 is easy enough to find, but parking can be a real nightmare if you don't get here early. The office itself is a bit tight because we have so many files and samples of fasteners lying around. You can see the city stretching out from our windows, and it’s especially busy during the rush hour. The air inside is usually a bit stuffy, so we have a few small fans at the desks to help out. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on display. It’s just a place where we do our work and keep track of orders. The team is pretty small, and we all know each other’s coffee orders by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up, and we usually order some rolls from the place downstairs. We aren't into big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the nuts and bolts of the business, literally. It’s a practical, everyday sort of office where people work hard and then head home to their families in the evening.
