Niaz International

Our office, Niaz International, is on the lower ground floor at E-173 in Amar Colony. It’s part of Lajpat Nagar-IV, which is a place that never really sleeps. Being in the LGF means we don’t get a lot of direct sunlight, but it keeps the temperature down when it’s hot outside. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many samples and boxes of clothes everywhere. We do a lot of international trade work, so there’s always paperwork piled up on the desks. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s business. We don't have any fancy office furniture or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Amar Colony is a great place to be because there is always good food nearby when we take a break. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the quality of the apparel is what it should be. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact gate, so we have to go out and wave them down. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't try to sound like a huge corporation because we aren't. We’re just regular people working in a basement office in Lajpat Nagar, trying to keep the business running smoothly one day at a time.
