NEW LITES (XION)

We are located right in the heart of Chandni Chowk on H.C. Sen Road, near the Fountain area. It’s a very old part of the city and it’s always crowded. New Lites (Xion) occupies the space at 1941-43. You can hear the rickshaws and the crowds outside all day long. It’s a lot of energy. Our shop is where we keep everything organized, or at least we try to. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a place where we do real work. We deal with people from all over who come to this market. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. Sometimes we have to squeeze past boxes to get to the back. We know the other business owners on the road and we often help each other out. It’s a tight-knit community here. We handle the paperwork ourselves and keep track of everything in our own way. The building is old, which gives it some character, though the stairs can be a bit narrow. We don't go for big advertisements. Being in such a famous location means people just find us. We take things as they come. One day might be busy with a big shipment, and the next we might be sorting through old files. It’s just a normal business in a very busy place. We just try to keep things moving as best we can.
