M/S Ram Swarup Gupta has its spot at 474 Esplanade Road. This part of the city is always crowded. There is a lot of history in these old streets. The building we are in has seen better days, but it holds up well enough for what we do. Inside, it's mostly shelves and stacks of things. We've been operating out of this location for a long time. The morning routine is always the same. Unlock the doors, sweep the front, and check what needs to be handled for the day. Esplanade Road is loud with horns and people shouting. You get used to the noise after a few years. It becomes like background music. We aren't big on decorations or anything. The walls have some old calendars and maybe a few notes scribbled here and there. It's a place of business, plain and simple. We deal with various goods and customers who have been coming to us for years. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone shows up at once. We don't have a website or anything fancy, just the shop on the road. It feels like a second home since we spend more time here than anywhere else. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the main road. We just keep our heads down and try to keep things moving along. There is usually someone around if you need to ask a question.
