New Friends Accessories

Our shop is tucked away at Number 8 in the 1617/32 building in Naiwala, Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know that Naiwala is the heart of the motorcycle and car accessory world. It’s a tight squeeze in these lanes, and there are always scooters and delivery carts zipping past our front door. The shop itself is pretty small, and we have shelves crammed with all sorts of accessories from floor to ceiling. It might look like a bit of a mess to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who are looking for something specific for their vehicles. We don’t really do the whole sales pitch thing. We just show people what we have and let them decide. It gets very loud out on the street with all the horns and people shouting, so we usually have to raise our voices just to be heard inside. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know our regulars and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit over the years. We stay open late because that’s when a lot of the workers come by after finishing their shifts. It’s a cramped, busy, and sometimes dusty place, but it’s our home. We don't have any fancy displays, just the products and a few stools for people to sit on while they wait.
