New Avtar Overseas Llp is based at Plot in Khasra No 1016 2, in Flat No A 5 on the upper ground floor. We are situated in Mahipalpur, which is a very busy area because it is so close to the airport. You can hear planes taking off quite often if you listen for them. Being on the upper ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with too many stairs when we are carrying things in and out. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a small area where we keep our supplies. It is not a place for showing off. We just come in, do our jobs, and deal with the paperwork that piles up. Mahipalpur is always moving, so there is a lot of energy outside our door. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here quickly, but that is just life in Delhi. Inside our space, things are a bit quieter, though we are usually busy talking on the phone or checking emails. We don't have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It is just a functional office where we try to stay organized. Most of the time, the desks are covered in documents and empty tea glasses. We are just a small group of people working hard in a practical space that suits what we need to do each day.
