Our office for Neo-Neon Lighting & Designs Pvt. Ltd is located at A-287 on B.P Marg. It’s a decent-sized space where we handle both the lighting side of things and some of the design work that goes along with it. B.P Marg is usually quite busy, so there is a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for us. Inside, things are usually a bit cluttered with sketches and various light fixtures we are testing out. We aren't the type of place that spends a lot on fancy furniture or decorations for ourselves. Most of our energy goes into making sure the designs actually work in the real world. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, drinking tea and looking over the plans. It’s a small group of us here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phones to packing up samples. There isn't much of a hierarchy, we just talk to each other across the room to get things sorted. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays when all the new orders come in, but we manage to stay on top of it. We like being on B.P Marg because it feels like we are in the middle of everything. It’s just a regular office where we try to do a good job with the lights. We usually order lunch from the small stall down the road.
