We operate out of units 107 and 108 in Harsh Bhawan, which is building number 64-65 in Nehru Place. Most people think of Nehru Place as just computers, but we’re here doing fashion. It’s a busy building, and the elevators can be a real pain during the lunch rush. Our space is mostly taken up by samples and rolls of fabric. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy offices; we’re just a group of people who know the clothing trade inside and out. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the quality of what’s coming in. It can be stressful when things are running late, but that’s just how this business goes. We’ve been here for several years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't use much marketing talk because we don't think it's necessary. Our work usually speaks for itself once people see what we’re doing. We keep a pretty simple schedule and try to get home at a decent hour, though fashion deadlines often have other plans. It’s just us in our little corner of Harsh Bhawan, trying to keep things running smoothly and making sure every piece is handled right. There’s always another season coming up, so we just keep our heads down and get through the work one pile at a time.
