You will find us at 1517/28 in Naiwala, which is a very famous part of Karol Bagh. If you have ever been to Naiwala, you know how crowded and busy it is. It is basically the heart of the auto parts market. Our shop is quite small, but it is filled from floor to ceiling with all sorts of accessories for cars and bikes. Sometimes it’s hard to even walk inside because of all the boxes stacked up. We've been in this market for a long time and we know almost everyone on the street. It’s a very lively place to be. There's always someone shouting, horns blowing, and people haggling over prices. We don't do any formal marketing. Most of our customers are people who are already in the market looking for things. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s just a regular shop with a lot of stock. My staff and I spend most of the day digging through boxes to find exactly what a customer needs. We drink tea from the local stall a few times a day and just keep going. It can be exhausting with the crowd, but we like the energy of Karol Bagh. We just provide what people ask for and try to keep our prices fair. It’s a simple business in a very busy place. We are usually here from morning until late evening, six days a week. We have seen many shops come and go, but we have stayed in this same spot.
