Our office is right above the Axis Bank at the Mehrauli Bus Terminal, number 1092/1. It’s a busy spot with buses coming and going all day long. We deal with power stuff—mostly batteries, inverters, and that kind of equipment. People come to us when they're worried about power cuts or they need a backup system for their home or small shop. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time looking at specs and figuring out which battery size fits a certain setup. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the terminal, but it’s a good location because everyone knows where the bus stand is. We aren't a big corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s mostly just us working through orders and talking to people about their electricity needs. Sometimes we have to explain why a certain inverter isn't working right or help someone figure out a solar setup. It's not always easy, but it's what we do. We don't have a polished sales team. If you come in, you're usually talking to one of us who handles the inventory or the technical side of the business. We just try to provide what's needed for people to keep their lights on when the grid goes down. It’s a straightforward business in a very busy, noisy part of Delhi, and we like it that way.
