NBM Media Pvt Ltd is based out of B-27 in Nizamuddin West. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s got a different feel than a typical office park. We are in a building that has seen a lot of history. There are trees along the street that give a bit of shade in the afternoons. Inside B-27, we’ve set up our workspace to be as comfortable as possible. It’s a bit cramped with all the books, magazines, and computer screens, but we make it work. The rooms are a bit small, and the stairs are a little narrow. You can often hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or people talking outside. It makes the day feel a bit more grounded. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. Someone will go out to the local market to grab some biscuits. We don't have a big corporate lobby; you just walk in and you're part of the team. The walls are covered with old posters and some calendars. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the shortcuts through the narrow lanes of Nizamuddin. It’s a nice place to work because it feels like a home. We spend a lot of time typing away and talking on the phone, but it never feels too formal. It’s just a small group of people in an old building trying to get the work done together.
