We've been at the office here in New Friends Colony for a while now. It's on the second floor of A-92. People come in looking for jobs or needing help with hiring. It gets busy sometimes. The phone rings a lot. We just try to get things done without making a big fuss about it. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick tea. We spend most of our days looking at resumes and talking to folks who want to work. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The desks are usually covered in papers. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just the basics to get the work finished. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. Most of us have been here a few years. We know the routine. If you're looking for the place, just head to the second floor. The stairs are right there. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find a spot where they fit. It's practical work. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. Just a small team in an office. That's about it really. We start early and leave when the work is done. It’s steady. Some days are longer than others depending on how many people show up. We keep things simple.
