Natural Capsules Ltd.

Our place is in Punjabi West, specifically at Narula’S Tower-I in the Central Market area. It’s a lively part of the neighborhood with a lot of shops nearby. We’re at number 25. We deal with capsules, mostly for the pharmaceutical and supplement side of things. The office and storage area are usually busy with people checking orders or looking at different batches. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. We have different sizes and types of capsules sitting in the warehouse part. It’s a lot of logistics, really. We spend most of our time making sure the right shipments go to the right labs. The traffic around Central Market is always a bit of a nightmare, so we’ve learned to plan our deliveries early in the morning. My team has been together for a few years now. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just make sure the inventory is correct and the customers get what they ordered. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town. We’ve got a good view of the market from our windows, which is nice when we take a break. It’s just us doing our part in the supply chain, day in and day out. We keep the lights on and keep moving the boxes until the work is done.
