We are tucked away in the back-side portion of B-19 in the Jhilmil Industrial Area. It’s right behind the Jhilmil Metro Station in Shahdara, which is actually pretty convenient for the workers getting here. Since we are in the back, it’s a bit quieter than the main road, but only a little. We handle auto components. The shop is usually a bit cramped because we try to fit a lot of production into the space we have. There’s always a pile of boxes waiting to be shipped out. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big glass front. It’s just a metal door and a lot of work going on inside. Our team is small, mostly guys who have been in the trade for twenty years. We know the machines better than we know our own cars. We don’t do customer service in the way a big store does. You just come in, tell us what you need for your vehicles or your shop, and we see if we can produce it. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just wait it out or work on manual stuff. It’s a real place with real people. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make parts and hope they help people keep their machines running. It is a hard job but it keeps us going.
