Sakshi Polymers

We are located in the Dsidc Industrial Complex over in Narela. Our unit is I-2167 and it is a pretty large space filled with molding machines and bags of plastic granules. Narela is a huge area so it took us a while to get settled in. The sounds of the presses opening and closing go on all day long. We make different kinds of polymer parts and pieces for other businesses. The floor is always covered in those little plastic pellets that seem to get everywhere no matter how much we sweep. It is a loud place and we often have to shout to be heard over the equipment. We don't have a lot of furniture besides a few plastic chairs and a table where we keep the paperwork. Usually there are boxes piled up near the door ready for the delivery van to pick them up. The lights are those long fluorescent tubes that flicker sometimes. Working in polymers is mostly about keeping the temperature of the machines just right. If it gets too cold or too hot the parts don't come out right. We have a small group of guys who handle the heavy lifting and the packing. It is a lot of manual labor and standing on your feet for hours. It isn't glamorous but it is a steady business and we keep the machines running.
