Getting to Sector 5 in the Bawana Industrial Area every morning takes some time, especially with the traffic near Narela. Our unit is at 1-180Sector 5 and it looks pretty much like all the other industrial sheds around here. It’s a lot of grey concrete and the sound of machines running all day. We start early because the heat gets tough later on in the afternoon. Argosy Industries is just a group of us who have been working together for a long time. We don't spend much on decorations or nice furniture. The focus is always on the floor where the actual work happens. You’ll see pallets stacked up and some dust on the windows, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone. Lunch is usually someone going out to get tea and snacks for everyone. We sit on whatever is available and just talk for a half hour before getting back to it. It can be noisy with the trucks backing in and out of the narrow lanes. Sometimes the logistics get messy when the rain hits and the roads get muddy. We just deal with it as it comes. It isn't a corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s a place where things are made, and we are proud of the effort we put in every day without making a big deal out of it. We just stick to our schedule and try to get the work out on time. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
