Copier Spares

Our shop is called Copier Spares and we are located at G-3 in Naraina Vihar. It is a ground floor spot which makes it easy to move things in and out. We keep a lot of different parts for copiers here so the shelves are usually overflowing with gears and rollers and toner bottles. It is not the most beautiful place to look at because there are boxes everywhere. We spend a lot of time looking through catalogues or digging into boxes to find one specific little part that someone needs. Naraina Vihar is a good spot for us because people can get here pretty easily. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. If you ask for something we usually know exactly which shelf it is on even if it looks like a mess to anyone else. The walls are a bit stained from all the ink and toner over the years. We have a small counter where we talk to customers and write out the bills by hand most of the time. It is a very practical business. We don't do anything flashy, we just provide the spares that keep the machines running. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down. It is just what we do here at G-3. We don't have any plans to change how we work because this way has served us well for a long time.
