We are based out of F 8 in the Dsidc complex at Nangloi Peeragarhi, right on Rohtak Road. If you’ve ever been on Rohtak Road, you know the traffic can be a real headache, but we are used to it by now. The sound of the trucks and cars is just part of the background here. Our unit is a practical space where we handle a lot of different trade matters. There are stacks of files and ledgers on the desks, and the phone rings more than we’d sometimes like. It’s an old-school kind of setup. We have heavy metal cupboards for the paperwork and some wooden chairs that have been around for years. It’s not a place for lounging. We stay busy with the logistics and the paperwork that comes with moving goods around. The tea here is strong and we drink a lot of it. We know most of the other people working in the Dsidc complex, so there’s a bit of a community feel. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate slogans on the walls. We just have a calendar and maybe a few notes taped to the monitors. It is a straightforward operation. We show up, deal with the day’s trade, and head home when the job is done. It’s honest work in a very busy part of the city.
