Nandini Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Shalimar Garden, specifically at B 103/S5 in the Ext-Ii area of Sahibabad. Being in Ghaziabad means we are close to a lot of the industrial action that happens in U.P. We mostly deal with trading and moving goods in and out. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with different suppliers from all over. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot to keep track of. We started small and just kept at it until we knew what we were doing. The office is tucked away in a residential-commercial mix area, so it’s got a bit of a local feel and isn't too formal. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure the shipments are right before they go out. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or the internet acts up, but we manage to stay on top of things. It’s a practical business. We work with various types of products, depending on what the market needs at the time. Most of our clients have been with us for a bit, so they know how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do the job properly every day. Dealing with customs and transport can be a real headache, but we’ve learned the ropes over the years. It’s just daily life for us here in Ghaziabad.
