Our office is at F-92 in Munirka, right near the ICICI Bank. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re coming into the area for the first time. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small businesses, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the big industrial parks. We’re in a modest building that doesn't really stand out from the ones next to it. Inside, it’s a small operation. We’ve got a couple of desks, some chairs that have been around for years, and a lot of books and papers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s more about having a quiet place to focus. The street outside can get a bit cramped with parked cars and people walking to the bank, but it’s mostly okay. We start our day with a bit of cleaning and then get straight into the work. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just do what needs to be done. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We’ve got a small window that lets in some light, which is nice in the afternoons. Sometimes we walk over to the market nearby to grab some snacks or stretch our legs. It’s a simple way of working that suits us. We don't spend money on fancy websites or big ads. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the sign out front. That is basically us.
