We are based over in Krishna Nagar at E-14, Radhey Puri. It is a fairly busy part of Delhi, and we have been working out of this office for quite a few years now. Multiplus Logistics Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, but we are really just a bunch of people who know how to get things moved from one place to another. Our office is small and practical. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a fancy suit greeting you at the door. It is mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by files and the constant sound of the phone ringing. Logistics in a city like Delhi is never simple, mostly because of the traffic and the sheer number of people. We spend a lot of time figuring out the best ways to get shipments delivered on time. It is not always easy, and some days are definitely better than others. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials. Most of our business comes from people who have used us before and know we just get on with the job. The neighborhood of Radhey Puri is quite lively, which we like. We know the other shop owners around here and often see them throughout the day. Our work isn't about being the biggest; it is just about being reliable enough that people keep calling us back. It is a steady way to make a living and we take it as it comes.
