We’ve been working out of this spot at 8059 D-8 in Vasant Kunj for a while now. New Delhi is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day logistics stuff for people. You’ll usually find a few of us hunched over computers or talking on the phone about where a shipment is. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, especially during the rush hours, but we’re used to it. Most of our day is spent tracking trucks and making sure the paperwork for the goods is actually correct. Sometimes it’s a bit of a headache when things get delayed because of the weather or road closures, but that is just part of the job here. We started M/S.New Era Logistics Pvt Ltd because there was a lot of stuff needing to be moved around Delhi and beyond. The office is tucked away in this part of Vasant Kunj, which is a decent area once you get used to the narrow turns. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We try to keep things simple. If someone calls, we answer. If a box needs to get somewhere, we figure out the quickest way. It's practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
