Msn Services is based at B-52- A Lal Kuan, which is near the Sai Medicos. We are right on M. B. Road in the Badarpur area. If you know Badarpur, you know the traffic on M. B. Road can be something else entirely. We hear the constant hum of cars and trucks going past our door. Being near Sai Medicos helps people find us since that’s a well-known pharmacy around here. Our office is a simple room where we handle different service requests. It’s not very large, so we have to be organized. There’s a desk, some chairs, and the usual equipment we need to do our jobs. The walls are painted a neutral color that’s started to fade a bit near the window. We spend a lot of time looking out at the road when things are quiet. Lal Kuan is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening outside. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us working through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out while talking. It’s a practical location for us because of the transport links. We get our tea from a stall nearby. It’s a typical day-to-day operation in a very busy part of town. We just keep at it, day in and day out, at B-52- A.
