Our office is located in Mahipalpur, which is that busy area right near the Delhi airport. We are on the second floor of house number A-27 on Road No 1. Working at M/S Safexpress Pvt. Ltd. here means dealing with a lot of congestion. The streets in Mahipalpur are narrow and usually packed with cars, delivery vans, and people heading to the nearby hotels. Dinesh Pandey and the team spend their time in a space that is mostly filled with stacks of papers and ringing phones. The second-floor view isn't much, just the building across the street and the tops of some trees. It gets very noisy outside, especially with the airplanes taking off so close by. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit steep, so you get a bit of a workout every morning. We have a small cooler for water and a basic desk setup. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and we are there working. The air in Delhi can be quite thick, so we usually have the AC running if it's working that day. We handle a lot of logistics coordination from this little corner of the city. It is a gritty, busy part of town, but it puts us right where the action is. We just focus on the boxes and the schedules without worrying about much else.
