M/S Saan Global is based out of G 25 Karampura in New Delhi. Karampura is one of those places that has a lot of history and a lot of small businesses crammed together. It’s not the most modern part of Delhi, but it has a certain character that you don't find in the newer developments. Our office is right in the thick of it. We do a lot of global trading and sourcing, which sounds more exciting than it actually is when you’re sitting at a desk in the middle of a Delhi summer. The fans are always going, and there’s usually a bit of dust from the street coming in. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just have a few people who know how to get things from one place to another and how to deal with all the different regulations. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls that go on for hours. We’ve been here at G 25 for a while now, and we know most of the people on the street. It feels more like a community than a business hub. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk or promises. We just tell you what’s possible and what isn't, and then we try to make it happen. It’s just how we operate, keeping things simple and sticking to what we know works in this part of town.
