Mra Associates India Pvt Ltd is based on the second floor of 198 MG Road in New Mangla Puri. Being in New Delhi, especially on a road like MG Road, means it is always hectic and there is always something going on outside. The office is right above some local shops, so there are always people coming and going from the building. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees or anything like that. There is just a small team of us here. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are a little narrow, but the second floor gives us enough space to get our work done. We spend our days dealing with various projects and a lot of administrative stuff that keeps us busy. The New Mangla Puri area is quite central, so it is easy for us to get around the city when we need to visit clients or go to the bank. Lunch usually comes from one of the nearby dhabas or we bring it from home in tiffins. It is a very down-to-earth atmosphere in the office. We don't wear suits unless there is a really important meeting scheduled. Most of the time, we are just in regular shirts and trousers, working through the pile of tasks on our desks. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living here.
