Motorcoats India Ltd. is based over at Plot No.B-4 on Rohtak Road. We are in the Surya Enclave part of New Multan Nagar, which is in the Paschim Vihar area. Our building is a solid, practical place that fits in with the other industrial setups around here. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you come in, you'll see us working on various coatings or checking the inventory. The space is filled with the smell of paint and chemicals, which is just part of the job. It can get pretty loud when the machinery is running, and we often have to shout over the noise to hear each other. We are a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we just focus on the products we are making. The yard outside usually has a few vehicles or containers waiting to be loaded. Being near Rohtak Road means we have a lot of trucks coming in and out, so things can get a bit chaotic in the mornings. The office part is just a few desks shoved into a corner where we keep the records. It's not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We've been in this spot for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s just honest work and trying to keep our coatings at the right quality.
