Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd

Our office for Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd is over at H-106 in Sector-12, Noida. The area is 201301. Sector-12 is a pretty typical part of Noida, with a lot of different blocks and buildings. We are in the H block. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads, which we like. The office itself is a practical space where we manage the things that Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd needs us to do. We have been here for a while, so the walls have a few marks and the furniture isn't brand new, but it works for us. We aren't here to win any design awards. We just want a place where we can get our tasks done without any trouble. Usually, the day starts with a bit of cleaning and then we get straight into the work. There is a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and take short breaks. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just know what our jobs are. It feels like a small community inside the office. We talk about our families and what we’re doing on the weekends while we work. It’s a simple, honest setup in a regular neighborhood. We don't make things more complicated than they need to be, just focusing on the day’s work and keeping everything running as it should.
