You can find Mortin Realtech Private Limited at H No.237 on the second floor in Block C of Prashant Vihar. Rohini is a big area, and our little corner in Block C is where we do all our property work. The office is basically just a converted floor of a house, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than those cold office buildings in the city center. We have a few desks set up and some maps of the area pinned to the walls. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is usually peaceful during the day. We are not some big corporation with a marketing department. We are just a few guys who understand the local Rohini market and help people with their real estate needs. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people who live nearby. The second floor gets a nice breeze in the evening, which is when we usually finish up our filing. We do not have a fancy website or a huge team. It is just us doing the work honestly and trying to keep things simple. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, but that is just how it goes in a small office.
