You’ll find us in G K House, at rooms 108 and 109. The address is 187A, Sant Nagar, right in the East of Kailash area. It’s a very busy part of Delhi, and there’s always some kind of noise or something happening right outside our front door. We handle all sorts of mobile phones—repairing them, selling them, and dealing with all the little accessories that go along with them. The shop is usually a bit cramped because we have so many spare screens, old batteries, and chargers piled up everywhere. It’s definitely not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we have a system that works for us and we know where the parts are. People come in with cracked screens or phones that just won't turn on, and we do our best to fix them while they wait or have them come back the next day. The lighting is very bright inside so we can see those tiny little screws inside the phones. We have a small fan that runs all day long just to keep the air moving. Sometimes customers get a bit impatient when we're busy, but we just talk to them and explain what’s going on with their device. We aren't a big chain store with matching shirts. We just wear our regular clothes and get our hands dirty with the repairs. It’s a loud, fast-paced environment, but we’ve been here long enough now. We just do the work.
