Mj Global Limited, Noida actually has a presence over here at Cl-173 in Deen Dayal Nagar, Gwalior. It might seem a bit confusing with Noida in the name, but this is where we handle things for our clients in this part of the country. The office is right in the middle of a regular neighborhood, which we prefer over a cold, gray industrial park. It feels more grounded and connected to the people around us. We do a lot of different things here, mostly revolving around the supply chain and making sure everything is moving as it should. Gwalior is a good spot for us because it’s well-connected, even if the roads can be a bit rough in some seasons or during the monsoon. We aren't the type of people to use big corporate buzzwords or act like we know everything. We just learn as we go and try to fix mistakes quickly when they happen. The staff here is small, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work through our lists and answer emails. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting at each other, just a steady stream of tasks that need finishing before we go home. We’ve been in Deen Dayal Nagar for a while now, and we like being part of the local scene. If you walk past Cl-173, you’ll probably see us working away through the window. We don't have a flashy front desk, just some sturdy desks and a lot of focus on the work.
