Our office is over at House Number 800 in Sector 10 of Gurgaon. It’s right in the middle of things, with the zip code 122001. Mindarika Pvt Ltd has been based here for a good while. Sector 10 is a bit different from the flashy parts of Gurgaon like Cyber Hub, but we like it that way. It’s more of a real neighborhood. We have a modest setup inside a regular house structure. It’s got plenty of room for our files and the few desks we need. We don’t use any of those modern open-office layouts. We like our walls and our privacy. The routine here is pretty much the same every day. We get in, check the mail, and start working through the pile. There’s no big hierarchy or anything. We all just pitch in. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 10 gets a bit backed up, especially on market days. We’ve seen the area grow and change around us. Despite all the new buildings going up, we’ve stayed put. It’s a practical location for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, someone will probably just look up from their desk to see what you need. It’s a very direct way of working. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It's a solid place for us to be based and we know the area.
