Shahdra is a part of Delhi that never seems to sleep, and our office in East Jyoti Nagar is right in the middle of all that energy. We are at F-25, which is a simple building that houses this branch of Minda Sai Ltd. It is not a place where you would expect to see people in fancy suits. Most of us are in casual clothes, just trying to get through the day's tasks. We deal with a lot of the supply side of things here, so there is always someone coming or going with a delivery note. The office itself is a bit cramped and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it’s a good place to work. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. Some days the traffic in Shahdra is so bad that it takes forever for anything to arrive, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We are a close-knit group. We know about each other’s kids and our personal lives. It’s not just about the work; it’s about the people we spend eight hours a day with. We don't make big promises or use polished language. We just try to be reliable and get the parts where they need to go. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of business life in East Delhi.
