Minda Industries

Minda Industries is over at 81-D in Kamla Nagar. If you know the area, it's right in the middle of everything. We spend most of our hours inside this space, just dealing with whatever production needs doing that day. It isn't a huge operation, but we stay occupied. Some of the machines are old and they make a lot of noise, but they still run fine. We’ve got a few people who have been working here for years, so they know the quirks of the place. The floor is usually a bit greasy and there's always a bit of clutter near the back door. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the front office looks because we're usually busy with the actual work. Kamla Nagar is a crowded spot, so getting stuff in and out can be a bit of a headache with the narrow lanes. We just deal with it as it comes. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, and other days it’s quieter. It's a simple setup. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the door at 81-D where the work happens. It’s mostly just making things and keeping the equipment from breaking down too often. That’s about it for us. We just keep going and try to stay out of the way of the main traffic. The coffee isn't great, but it keeps us awake during the long afternoons.
