Down here in Rajendra Nagar, specifically at 9/107 in Section 03, things stay pretty busy for us. Ghaziabad is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the dust, but we’ve made a decent home for the company here. We do automotive profiles, so there is always the smell of materials and the sound of machines or fans running in the background. It is not a corporate headquarters with suits and ties everywhere. Most of us wear regular clothes and don’t mind getting a bit of dirt on our hands. The office is tucked away in the Sbd area, and if you aren’t looking for it, you might miss the turn. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the local market nearby. Lunchtime is usually a group affair where we talk about everything except work, mostly cricket or whatever is on the news. The building is functional. We don't have fancy art on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few posters of the parts we make. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We deal with a lot of shipping and receiving, so there is always a truck or a delivery guy coming through the gate. It is just how life is in an industrial area like this one in UP. We just try to do our bit and keep the wheels turning.
