If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how packed and lively it gets. Our place, Merino International, is at B-40 in the DB Gupta Market, specifically inside Pal Mohan Plaza. It’s a busy spot, surrounded by traders and shoppers at all hours. Getting into the building involves navigating through the crowds and the stalls outside. Our office is a busy hub where we deal with a lot of international trade details. There are stacks of shipping documents and folders everywhere you look. It’s not the quietest place to work because the sounds of the market always drift up, but it keeps us energized. We have a small team, and we all know our roles well. The office itself is compact, so we have to stay organized, or everything would get lost in the shuffle. We spend our days on the phone or responding to emails, making sure everything is moving as it should. There’s a certain grit to working in Karol Bagh that you don't find in the newer office parks. It feels real and grounded. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and see us at our desks. We’ve been here for years, and we’re part of the fabric of this market. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just wait for the backup to kick in and keep going. Lunch usually comes from one of the local stalls downstairs.
