We are based at 1053, El/42 in the Molarband Extension, right near the Badarpur Border in New Delhi. Being so close to the border means we are always surrounded by the sound of heavy trucks and horns. It is a gritty area, and our office fits right in. We have some heavy old desks and filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. There are no fancy carpets or glass partitions here. Shipping is a lot of paperwork and dealing with customs rules, so our desks are usually buried under manifests and forms. We spend a lot of time talking to agents and checking on where the containers are. New Delhi traffic can be a real problem, especially around this area, so we are used to things taking a bit longer than they should. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, handle the shipping documents, and make sure the goods are moving toward the port. It gets quite dusty here because of all the vehicles passing by the Molarband area, so we are always cleaning our computer screens. It is a small group of us working here, and we have been doing this for years. We know the routines and the people at the border quite well. It is just a regular shipping agency doing its part in a very busy part of the capital.
