Choudhary Fire Works Atishbazi

We are tucked away in Mehrauli Ward No. 3, specifically at Kalka Dass Ki Kothi. If you know the Mehrauli area, you know it has a lot of history and narrow lanes that can be a bit tricky to navigate sometimes. Our business is all about fireworks, or what people here call atishbazi. It’s the kind of work that really picks up during the festival seasons when everyone wants to celebrate. The rest of the year, we spend a lot of time organizing our stock and making sure everything is stored exactly how it should be. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking labels in the warehouse. The building itself is older, but it serves us well for what we do. We usually have a few people helping out, especially when things get crowded before a big holiday. It can get pretty loud and hectic in this part of town, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't really into big advertisements; most people find us because they’ve lived in the ward for years or their neighbors told them where we are. Dealing with fireworks requires a lot of patience and following all the safety rules, so we stay focused on that. It's a traditional kind of job that hasn't changed much since we started. We just open the gates, handle the inventory, and wait for the busy season to arrive again.
