Medtech Devices is up on the second floor of F-45 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. Being in Okhla means there’s always noise from the street and other industrial units around us. We’ve been in this space for a long time. It’s mostly just an office and a small storage area for the devices we handle. We aren't trying to be some big tech giant or anything. We’re just a small outfit making sure the local medical supply chain stays moving. Climbing the stairs to the second floor keeps us fit, I guess. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just focus on making sure the orders go out correctly to the clinics. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. They call us up, ask for what they need, and we see if we can get it to them. It's a simple way of doing business without any fuss. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. That’s life in the industrial phase. We don’t have a script when we talk to people on the phone. We just tell them what we have and how much it costs. It’s a straightforward operation at F-45, and that’s how we like it. It's worked for us so far and we plan to stay here.
