Medical Point

Medical Point is situated on the first floor of 13-B on N.S. Marg. We’re right across from the old Golcha Cinema in Darya Ganj. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of Delhi. The streets are always packed with people and bookshops. Our office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you’re inside. We deal with all sorts of medical supplies here. It’s not a large corporation; it’s more of a local shop where we know many of our customers by name. The space is filled with boxes and files. We don’t have a dedicated sales team. Usually, whoever is free answers the phone or helps whoever walks in. Darya Ganj has a lot of history, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic on N.S. Marg, but we’re used to it. We don't go for fancy branding or slogans. We just try to have the supplies people are looking for. Sometimes we run out of stock and have to wait for a delivery, just like any other place. It’s a simple, honest business. We spend our days checking orders and talking to people. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy in a place like this. We're just here to get through the day's work.
