Mazda Motors sits over at B- 40/1 in the Abul Fazal Enclave. We are quite close to the Jamia Thana Metro Station, so you can always hear the trains coming and going if the doors are open. Jamia Nagar is a lively area with people moving around all the time. Our shop is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a place filled with the smell of oil and the sound of wrenches hitting metal. We handle motor work for people who live around here and some who travel from further away. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many parts stored on the shelves. It’s not a shiny showroom like the ones you see in the malls. We have a few old chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. The mechanics here have been working on cars for years, so they have seen just about every problem a motor can have. We don't bother with much talk; we just get under the hood and see what’s wrong. It’s hard work and your hands are always dirty by the end of the day, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and finish the job. We're just a local garage doing our thing.
