Big Five Medical Products is over here at Eastend Apartment in Mayur Vihar. If you know the area, we are right opposite the New Ashok Nagar Metro Station, so it’s pretty easy for folks to find us once they get to Phase 1 Extension. We’ve been operating out of No. 16/903 for a while now. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we manage our medical products. Most days it is just us answering calls and checking on inventory. We started this because we saw how hard it was for some people to get specific medical items around here. Sometimes the traffic near the metro is a bit much, but we make it work. We keep a variety of things in stock and try to get orders out as fast as we can. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the boxes are packed right. People often stop by because they live in the apartments nearby or they are just passing through on the way to the station. We like being part of this neighborhood. It is busy and there is always something going on. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. Most people just find us by word of mouth or because they saw our sign near the gate. We just focus on getting the work done day by day. If someone needs something, we look it up and tell them if we have it or not. Simple as that.
