We spend a lot of our time dealing with diagnostic kits and equipment that labs use. It’s a bit technical, but we’ve learned the ropes over the years. The office is usually humming with the sound of the computer or someone packing a box for a delivery. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller setup where everyone knows what needs to be done. If the phone rings, someone picks it up. If a shipment arrives at the complex, we go down to help unload it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Our work comes from being reliable and having the items people are looking for in stock. The complex itself is quite lively, so there’s always something happening outside our door. Inside, we just focus on getting the orders right. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the billing or to double-check the inventory lists. It’s just honest work in the medical field. We’ve been in Mayur Vihar for a while now and feel like part of the furniture. We just keep doing what we do best, day in and day out. Hope that explains us enough.
