Panacea Biotec

Our office is tucked away in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, specifically at B-1 Extn./G-3. It is an industrial area, so don’t expect fancy parks or quiet streets. It is mostly warehouses, factories, and other businesses like ours. We work in the biotech field. It is a lot of lab work and technical documentation that has to be exactly right. The building itself is sturdy and functional. We don't spend money on expensive decor or fancy paintings because that is not what we are about. We would rather have the right equipment in the back for the science. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and a few newer faces. We all eat lunch together sometimes, usually just getting something from one of the local stalls nearby. The industrial estate has its own rhythm with lots of trucks moving in the morning and a bit of a quiet lull in the afternoon. It is a practical place to work. We don't have a big PR department telling us what to say. We just do the science and the business side of things as best as we can. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb flickers for a week before someone gets around to fixing it, but that is just life in an older industrial block. We are here to do a job. It’s familiar and it works for us.
