Marks Projects

We are over at B 9, Oriental House, right in the Community Centre. Being next to the Green Park Metro makes it very easy for us to get around and for people to find our office. We have been at this Gulmohar Park address for a while now. Marks Projects is basically just us handling various building and design tasks. It is a busy office, mostly because of where we are located. There is always someone coming or going through the door. We do not really do the whole polished corporate thing here. It is more about getting the work done and making sure the projects are moving forward. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking on supplies. We like the energy of being near the metro station. It keeps things lively throughout the day. We deal with many different aspects of construction and design. It is not always pretty, especially when you are dealing with budgets and tight timelines. We just try to be honest about how long things actually take. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything to keep things running. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any fancy brochures. People usually hear about us from someone else and then just come by the office to talk about what they need.
