Mankind Pharma Ltd

We’re located at 208 in Phase III of the Okhla Industrial Estate. Okhla is a massive area, and Phase III is always full of trucks and people moving goods. Our building is one of many in this industrial zone. Inside, Mankind Pharma has a functional layout designed for the work we do. It’s a lot of open space for inventory and some separate offices for the management side. The floors are concrete and the ceilings are high. It’s not a place built for comfort, but it’s great for getting work done. We have a lot of people coming in for deliveries and pickups throughout the day. The noise of the machinery and the traffic from the estate is just the background music to our lives here. We have a small canteen area where we get lunch. The staff mostly keeps to themselves, focusing on the logs and the inventory counts. We don’t have a lot of art on the walls or fancy rugs. It’s just desks, computers, and shelves. Everything is about making sure the pharma products are where they need to be. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it simple. Working in Okhla means you get used to the grit and the constant movement. It’s just how things are in this part of town. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that is just part of being in this area. We stay focused on the tasks until it is time to go home.
