Shree Ram Cable Ind. is located in the Mangolpuriphase-Ll Industrial Area, specifically at B-81. This is a very busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on. We fit right in with the rest of the workshops around here. Our main work involves producing various kinds of industrial cables. The space we have is mostly filled with big heavy drums and coils of wire. It’s not the cleanest environment, but it’s a working factory so that’s expected. We’ve been at this B-81 address for quite some time. The staff here knows the machines inside out, which is good because they can be temperamental sometimes. We don't have a fancy front office, just a desk where we handle the daily logs. Most of the day is spent listening to the hum of the motors and watching the wire wind onto the spools. We get deliveries of copper and plastic throughout the week, so there is always someone at the gate. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of standing and moving things around. Mangolpuriphase-Ll is a loud place, but we’re used to it by now. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a group of people making cables that do their job. If you come by the industrial area, you’ll see our sign and probably hear the sounds of the factory floor from the street. It’s a lot of manual work but it keeps us all busy from morning until the end of the shift.
