Mangla Logistics is based over in Uttam Nagar, specifically in Gali No-8 of Gupta Enclave in Vikas Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and our address at A-64 is right in the thick of it. We started this because we knew the area and saw how much stuff needed to be moved around. Every day is a bit different depending on what our customers need. Some days we are moving heavy equipment, and other days it’s just small batches of goods. The streets around here can be pretty narrow and crowded, so our drivers have to be really careful and patient. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just try to be honest about how long things will take and what it will cost. The office is a simple place where we keep our schedules and talk to clients. It’s not always perfectly quiet, as there’s always something being loaded or unloaded nearby. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we like being here. We use simple tools and basic systems to keep track of everything. It’s just about working hard and making sure we don't let anyone down.
