Tri Nagar is a crowded place, and our spot at 1375-B/93 is right in the thick of it. It’s not a fancy area, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years, and most of the people around here know us by now. The street can get pretty jammed up with rickshaws and delivery bikes, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes it’s hard to even get a small truck through the lane. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular brick and concrete structure like all the others on this block. Inside, things are a bit cluttered. We have stuff piled up in corners because space is always tight. It’s noisy too, with the sounds of the street coming in through the windows and the hum of work going on downstairs. We don't have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby. You just walk in and find someone to talk to. Most of us have lived nearby for a long time, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain floods the main road. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day. It’s how we keep going when the heat gets bad in the summer. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure everything is counted correctly before it leaves the door. It's a simple way of working. There is always someone around to help unload the materials when they arrive.
