Neha Trophy Center

Located at D- 2/119 on Bank Colony Road in Mandoli Extension, we spend most of our time surrounded by plastic figures and wooden bases. Neha Trophy Center isn't a showroom with fancy lights. It’s more of a workshop where there is always dust from the engraving machine. We put together awards for the local schools and the sports clubs nearby. Sometimes a coach comes in last minute because they forgot to order a prize for a tournament the next day. We try to help them out, even if it means staying a bit late to finish the lettering. The smell of glue and cut metal is always around. We have shelves full of different cups and shields. Some are shiny gold color, others are silver. They are mostly just sitting there waiting for someone’s name to be put on them. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the ink or the metal polish. The traffic on Bank Colony Road can be a mess in the evenings, so getting deliveries in can be a headache. It's just a small family thing really. We don’t do big TV ads or anything like that. People just find us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. It’s a quiet life, just making sure the kids get their trophies on time for their big day.
